We are working to better understand how engineering students transition from education to post-graduate life, including aspects such as career selection and decisions to specialize within majors.
We are doing this by
Studying career pathways in engineering, for example motivations of women engineers pursuing technical or managerial careers.
Examining the process of intra-major specialization, that is, studying how students choose to specialize within their majors.
